The ground floor boasts a meticulously designed kitchen with an adjoining dining area, perfect for culinary delights and intimate meals. Ascending to the first floor, you will find a luxurious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony offering panoramic views.

Furthermore, guests will discover a cozy twin bedroom, a spacious double bedroom, and a luxuriously appointed bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring a tranquil and indulgent stay for every guest.

The annex offers additional space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom/living room with two bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower base.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only)

• The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season).

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.

Prices up to 12 people.
The 13th to 16th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed for only €140 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
