Wanneer je voor dit heerlijke chalet kiest geniet je het privilege van een ongekende ligging en van alle harmonieus gecombineerde voorzieningen in een uniek vakantiehuis. Dit huis is een fraai stenen huis met uitzicht, nauwgezet verbouwd en met zeer verfijnde smaak en zorg voor details ingericht. Het is volledig vrijstaand aan alle vier de zijden.
Vanaf het huis vertrekken prettige fietspaden (voor wedstrijdfietsen of mountainbikes), die tot Lucca of tot de zee leiden. Op slechts 900 meter bereik je het hart van het dorpje, waar zich winkels, levensmiddelenzaken, restaurants, pizzeria's en bars bevinden. Tevens bevindt zich op 900 meter van het huis bevindt de bushalte naar Lucca of Viareggio. Vanaf het station van Viareggio is het zeer fraai om per trein het Nationale Park van de Cinque Terre te bereiken en te voet "de liefdeswandeling" af te leggen.
De uitstekende ligging van het huis zorgt dat je in korte tijd alle belangrijke kunststeden van de Toscane bereikt, zoals Lucca, Florence of Pisa.

Stone cottage – single property with a panoramic terrace and stunning 180 degree view onto the surrounding hills of Camaiore till the sea and the islands, only 6 km away from the beaches, equipped with all kind of comfort: private swimming pool (set out of the earth 2m x 4.70m, depth: 1m), completely fenced garden, air-conditioning, unlimited WiFi access. An ideal place for couples and families with small dogs – the owner put a pillow and bowl at the disposal of your pets, as also a welcome pack for the guests. The house lies only a few steps from the village of Bargecchia (about 900m), from groceries and restaurants.
By selecting this dream-house, you have the advantage to profit from the unique spot of the house and ease, which are unified in this holiday home.
It's a beautiful house with visible stones, nicely restored and tastefully furbished keeping an eye on details. The house is completely independent on all sides.
Possible visits:
There are nice riding paths from the house for mountain bikes and street bicycles; on one side, you may reach Lucca, on the other the sea. An ideal spot for guests who love variety – an excursion amidst full nature between mountains and the sea, as also panoramic stroll of about 5 km convenient for everyone.
You may reach in about 900m the centre of the village, where you may find groceries, restaurants, pizzeria and bars. There is also the bus stop 900m from the house, connection to Lucca and/or Viareggio (6 km). You may explore the national park of the “Cinque Terre" by train, enjoy the “Camino dell’Amore” path. It is also an excellent departure point for visiting the art cities of Tuscany such as Lucca (17 km), Florence (96 km9 or Pisa (22 km).
Interior Description
Access within a private entrance gate and small path onto a veranda with a table and chairs, ping-pong table, 1 external bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin. Within an external staircase access to the 1st floor and the private terrace (75 sqm) with terracotta tiled floor. Guests have unforgettable views from the terrace onto the green valleys of Camaiore until the sea, the island of Elba and the lake of Massaciuccoli. The terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs and sunbeds invites you to relax, to have an aperitif while admiring the sunset or dine under the starry sky.
There is another outdoor area with a table and chairs, located at the entrance of the house, perfect for your breakfast – convenient because there is a stove outside – excellent for snacks and light meals.
Entrance within the terrace: kitchen with table (extractable for 12 persons), fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fire-place (working), TV, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin, 1 walk-through room with 2 single beds, tv, wardrobe, 1 double bedroom with 1 bunkbed and exit onto the terrace.
Access from the terrace to the garden (1‘000 sqm), which is set in terraces and completely fenced, equipped with traditional brick barbeque, small table and chairs for your dining al fresco, set on earth swimming pool (2 x 4.70m, depth: 1m) with sun-umbrella and deckchairs.
All needs were foreseen by the owners and taken care of – mosquito nets on the windows, electric roller shutter, unlimited WiFi access, welcome pack and for your pets a pillow and bowl.

Nous sommes arrivés au logement par une route aux virages en épingle qui devenait de plus en plus étroite. Accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires, un couple très sympathique qui a décoré le "chalet" comme ils l'appelaient eux-mêmes avec beaucoup d'amour. Tour complet et explication. Nous avons reçu un cadeau de bienvenue (vin, gâteaux faits maison, fruits) et au départ un cadeau d'adieu, très réfléchi! Le chalet n'est pas si grand et il manque un salon. Cependant, l’espace extérieur avec ses nombreuses terrasses et sièges est si vaste que vous pouvez vivre en grande partie à l’extérieur. Vous pouvez même cuisiner dehors avec une cuisinière à gaz, ce qui est très pratique. La cuisine est petite mais aménagée de manière pratique, même avec un petit lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge. Belle salle de bains pratique et une deuxième salle de bains en bas (vous devez aller à l'extérieur pour cela). Beaucoup de bonnes serviettes. Les matelas des lits des enfants étaient de moins bonne qualité (on pouvait sentir la suspension). Lorsque nous étions là-bas, il faisait très chaud, nous ne pouvions donc pas dormir correctement sans air conditionné. Cela a fonctionné parfaitement. En raison des très bonnes portes coulissantes silencieuses, vous pouvez fermer les chambres de la cuisine, de sorte que vous ne puissiez activer que la climatisation dans les chambres. Nous avons grandement apprécié les écrans et les volets, notamment en raison des nombreux moustiques! Ici aussi, les propriétaires ont été utiles en installant de nombreuses bougies à la citronnelle et des spirales. De cette façon, nous avons pu manger dehors le soir, même avec des vêtements recouvrants. Belle vue de la terrasse supérieure sur les vastes environs. À proximité se trouve un "sentier panoramique" où vous pouvez vous promener à l'ombre des arbres et faire du vélo de montagne (il y a trois vélos de montagne disponibles) .Vous pouvez aller à Lucca (ville hautement recommandée), Pise et au-delà.Nous avons conduit à La Spezia et de là en train à Cinque Terre.C'était à faire, mais comptez sur les grandes foules en haute saison, juste pour acheter des billets à la gare de La Spezia et faire vos courses dans l’un des 2-3 grands

Très moderne, belle grande maison avec une vue imprenable. Zone énorme à l'extérieur avec relativement peu de jardin. La maison était très propre et bien entretenue. Les propriétaires de la maison étaient extrêmement courtois et sympathiques. Nous souhaiterions la bienvenue avec des gâteaux et du vin faits maison, même pour notre chien, ils ont une petite chose, nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus. La maison est située dans une zone rurale où vous pourrez vous détendre, tout en restant à 20 minutes à Lucques et à 10 minutes à Massarosa, où vous pourrez acheter d'excellents. Le seul inconvénient était la piscine, qui faisait déjà 40 degrés chaud pendant notre séjour et ne se refroidissait pas. La douche à côté de la piscine était également très chaude car le tuyau d'arrosage sur tout le terrain coule et l'eau est chauffée en conséquence. Depuis la plage est également à seulement 20 minutes en voiture, ce n'était pas un problème. Je ne peux que recommander cette maison, qui convient le mieux à une famille avec enfants car elle compte six lits mais seulement deux chambres à coucher (un lit double et un lit en mezzanine dans la chambre et 1x deux lits simples).
