Holiday accommodation offers come exclusively from "Merchant" partner agencies which provide Sun Location with all the information about holiday rentals (photos, detailed descriptions, location & price).
The new rental offers are automatically published through daily computer programs with the important data needed to promote the products on the website. Advertisements for products which no longer have availability are automatically disabled.
All published advertisements are randomly ranked on the site, without setting a display priority based on partner agencies ("Merchants").
Sun Location works exclusively with reliable and reputable agencies, providing the technical solutions for exporting/importing data (through feeds) for holiday rentals. These agencies also provide, availability & prices in real time, as well as a 100% secure online payment solution, through webservices.
Reservations made by Customers are sent directly to Merchants. Merchants and Customers must sign a contract which defines the rental conditions (description, rent and charges, insurance, period...). Sun Location is not a real estate agency and does not act as an intermediary of the real estate nor as an agent of the owner. As a content host, Sun Location is under no legal obligation to monitor content transmitted or stored via its website.
Sun Location cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the content or lack of veracity of the information included in the Advertisements on the Sunlocation.com Website insofar as these advertisements are written by third-party Merchants under their sole responsibility. It is the users' responsibility to use the information contained therein with care and to carry out any verification under its exclusive responsibility.

The Customer is alerted that when paying for a booking, any bank charges (domestic or foreign) are at their own expense.
The applicable prices are those displayed on the website on the day of the order. These prices may be subject to change by the Merchant at any time. From then on, the customer is informed that the displayed prices are only valid at the date and time of the order. These prices are indicated on the Website in euros, all taxes included.
The Customer's bank account will not be charged until the Merchant has accepted the booking.

Neither the advertiser nor the renter has the right to modify the accommodation or its equipment during the stay, except after a mutual written agreement or for the replacement by the advertiser of a defective piece of equipment.
Sun Location will not compensate a Customer for any non-compliance between the hosting and the advert on the website or if there is a defect in the hosting which led the Customer to refuse the rental.
